Shipping & Returns (In short: you're covered)
All orders are sent out via Canada Post Express — orders over $50 are shipped for free, below $50 we charge a flat-rate of $7.50 (no duties or other hidden fees to worry about). An email to tell you they have shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Shipping estimates vary based on location, between 1 & 5 business days (the closer to Toronto, the faster the shipment … sorry Nunavut friends, it's a firm 5 for you guys).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them for a full refund — just reach out to us via e-mail, Facebook Messenger, or toll-free by phone and we will send you a shipping label to send it back. We can only guarantee a refund if your shipment is returned within 30 days, undamaged, and unworn. Returns and exchanges within Canada are free for all orders.
